ok now me and my kids take a walk everyday and where we live its just road and country and no sidewalks so here we were me pushing the stroler with my 8 month old daughter my 6 year old pushing my 3 year old and my 5 year old walking beside me and here comes this fast moving loud truck that my 15 year old neighbor drives and we moved into someones driveway and he barreled past running in the ditch barely missing me and the cops down here says that they cant do anything cause they cant prove he was driving even though my 6 and 5 year olds comfirm it im like omg whats up with this world today

That is so common problem, cops just don't ant to take the responsibility of anything......
