Pediatricians

I just started my search and I think this may be one of the biggest decisions I've ever made in my life! I've read through the reviews and got my interview wrote out with all the questions I want to ask them, but it's hard to think about choosing someone that could misdiagnose or mistreat my daughter. I would feel horrible if something happened and the wrong medication or something had a serious and lasting effect on her. Has anyone else started this task or have theirs picked out?

We have started and to narrow it down, you definitely want to meet them. But also know what it is your looking for. It was a bit easier for me because we are looking for a very natural approach, so a Dr. who wants to immunize my son at every turn or always turns to medication is not for me.
