hey everyone, I am new too! I am going back to work in april and I work 12 hour shifts three days a week. Anyone else work in healthcare and going back and have advice.

My name is Lisa and I have 3 girls, 17, 9 nad soon to be 7 and I am expecting again in September. I was the crazy mom that went back to work after 4 weeks but this time I am taking the 13 weeks. All my girls were fully breastfed and I plan on doing the same with the 4th.... Keep your fingers crossed for me..

Hi, my name is Harlie. I have a 2 year old girl and a 5month old boy!! I had c- sections with both, after my first I went back after 6 weeks, but re-tore my muscles and was out for another 2 weeks. after my second, i went back at 13 weeks. I am very happy to be out of the house and have my own income, and talk to some adults. I work in the public so I see a lot of my friends that I was not able to see while on maternity leave.

Hello. I' m a working mother of three boys (10, 6, and 6 months). I have gone back to work at 8 weeks for all three. I have to say that I love the fact that I am more than just a mother and have an identity. I also have a great spouse who is beyond helpful.

I know I signed up for this group but have not yet introduced myself how rude of me ( sowwy) . I am La Tosha but everyone calls me Tosh :-) I have a baby boy who just turned 5 months yesterday! I also went back to work when he was 7 weeks...but he has a wonderful caretaker( like a mom to me).He is a very happy baby and everyone loves him sooo much.

Hello my name is Marcia and I am new to this site also. I have one son, Joshua, who is 4 yrs old. I worked at a library for 12 years and now I feel it is time to do something else. :) I went back to work when my son was 3 months old.
