low milk supply fenugreek

i have low supply. i've tried putting the bottles aside for 2 weeks n didn't help. i've heard of fenugreek but i'm not sure about it. wat r u alls opinion on it? did it work? if so how long did it take 2 increase supply? r there any effects like smell, aches?See More
